Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a motivated MTS, Corporate IT professional to join a dynamic team supporting identity, devices, SaaS platforms, and end-user operations. This role requires strong organizational skills, collaboration, and a willingness to learn while working within established systems and processes. You will provide reliable, hands-on IT support for both in-office and remote employees, efficiently resolving Help Desk tickets while delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver IT support for employees across remote and onsite environments; resolve Help Desk tickets promptly.
• Manage and support MDM fleet for macOS, iOS, and Windows devices.
• Provide onsite assistance for basic network troubleshooting and A/V systems.
• Administer and optimize identity and SaaS platforms (e.g., Okta), including integrations and role-based access controls.
• Coordinate hardware procurement and asset management; maintain accurate inventory throughout lifecycle.
• Create and maintain clear, accessible IT documentation for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Support IT initiatives by managing priorities, executing projects, and communicating updates to stakeholders.
• Maintain security hygiene through access reviews and identity security tasks.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes for employees and contractors.
• Develop simple automations to reduce manual work and improve operational efficiency

Skills and Requirements
• Practical experience administering Okta (users, groups, app integrations; OIE a plus).
• Strong knowledge of Google Workspace; exposure to Office 365.
• Hands-on MDM experience with macOS and Windows (Iru/Kandji preferred).
• Ability to support macOS, iOS, and Windows devices.
• Familiarity with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) for documentation and project management.
• Experience in procurement and asset management processes.
• Clear, concise technical writing skills for documentation.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Basic understanding of security principles and best practices. • Experience with no-code/low-code automation tools (Okta Workflows, Zapier, Workato, etc.).
• Scripting familiarity (Bash, PowerShell, Python).
• Exposure to security/compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST, CIS, FedRAMP).
• Experience with AI tools, agents, and automations.
• HRIS integration experience (Deel, Rippling, BambooHR, Workday).
• Understanding of API integrations and webhooks.
