    **Position:** The Director of Intake - MH-DD will assume the following responsibilities:

    Essential Accountabilities:

    1. Maintain and Improve census for MH Housing, DD Housing, DayHab and Respite.

    2. Maintain all pertinent external reporting systems, including CAIRS, CAPS, CHOICES, LOS, TADS, and any other as applicable.

    3. Supervise MH Intake and DD Intake staff.

    4. Provide oversight for more complex cases and refer for clinical review with AVP as needed.

    5. Develop ongoing relationships with OMH, OPWDD and service providers.

    6. Arrange and make presentations about WellLife Network housing and DayHab services as needed to help generate interest in our facilities.

    7. Identify current population trends to ensure all services are being requested and set up prior to entry into the agency.

    8. Attend all management-related meetings and functions as warranted.

    9. Work collaboratively with external service providers, housing and dayhab staff to ensure each client is placed in the right facility to suit their needs.

    10. Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and Annual reports as needed.

    11. Ensure smooth day to day operation of Intake.

    12. Develop policies and procedures for Intake and revise as warranted.

    13. Expanding Outreach efforts for both MH and DD.

    14. Onboarding new housing contracts and ensuring beds are filled by the required deadlines.

    Other Responsibilities:

    1. Maintain confidentiality at all times.

    3. Any additional duties as assigned by supervisor.

    Qualifications

    1. 7 years of experience working in Mental Health, DD, or related field, of which 4 are in a supervisory role.

    2. Experience working in Intake required.

    3. Experience onboarding new programs required.

    4. Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Knowledge of CAIRS, CHOICES, and data management systems required.
