    Key Responsibilities

    + Support the Director of Nursing (DON) in planning, organizing, and directing the nursing department

    + Assist with staff leadership, coaching, and policy enforcement

    + Participate in care rounds, identify concerns, and help implement effective solutions

    + Oversee administrative tasks to ensure efficient departmental operations

    + Participate in an on-call rotation with the leadership team

    What We’re Looking For

    + Active RN license in Iowa (or ability to obtain/activate)

    + Current CPR certification

    + Knowledge of state and federal long-term care regulations (preferred)

    + Strong leadership skills and a desire to learn, grow, and support a high-performing team
