Job Description

30 hrs/wk

Initial hours of assignment: 7:15am - 1:45pm

10 months per school year

Responsibilities:

+ Follows State and Federal Child Nutrition regulations

+ Orders food

+ Supervises and assigns tasks for Food Service Helpers and Cook

+ reconciles daily deposits

+ Daily production records

+ Assists with inventories

+ Attends monthly manager meetings

Requirements:

+ Required HACCP and Sanitation Knowledge

+ Good Organizational and Communications skills

+ Excellent time management skills

+ Dependability

+ Ability to list 30-45 lbs. cases

+ Good math skills

+ Ability to work well with staff, Administration and parents

+ Ability to learn and understand Nutrikids software program

+ Some food preparation experience preferred but not required.
