What You Bring

+ **Healthcare leadership experience:** 5+ years managing food service in a hospital or healthcare environment.

+ **Financial and operational expertise:** Strong skills in budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.

+ **Client and patient focus:** Ability to build strong relationships and deliver outstanding service in a clinical setting.

+ **Knowledge of compliance standards:** Familiarity with HACCP, Joint Commission, and other healthcare regulations.
