    **Location:** Richardson, Texas

    **Schedule:** Monday – Friday, 7:15 AM – 4:00 PM

    **Pay Rate:** $20.00/hour

     

    Are you a detail-driven professional with a passion for precision and quality? PDS Tech Commercial is hiring experienced **Cleanroom Assembly Operators** to join a high-performing team supporting a global leader in electromechanical manufacturing. In this role, you’ll work in a cleanroom environment assembling advanced optical and mechanical components that are critical to next-generation technologies.

     

    What You’ll Do

     

    As a Cleanroom Optic Operator, you’ll be responsible for the careful assembly and inspection of sensitive components in a sterile, controlled environment. You’ll work in pairs to build one unit at a time, ensuring every product meets exacting standards.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Assemble optical and mechanical components with precision, following strict work instructions and cleanroom protocols

    + Perform visual inspections using microscopes and other tools to ensure product quality

    + Maintain accurate documentation of batch numbers, serial numbers, and inspection results

    + Operate and maintain semi-automated and manual assembly equipment

    + Follow contamination control procedures, including proper gowning and workspace maintenance

    + Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and resolve routine issues

    + Rotate between tasks as needed based on production schedules

     

    What We’re Looking For

    Required Qualifications:

    + 3–5 years of relevant experience in mechanical assembly, cleanroom operations, or optics manufacturing

    + High school diploma and additional post-secondary coursework, or equivalent combination of education and experience

    + Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise, documented procedures

    + Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment with strict protocols

    + Basic computer skills and ability to maintain accurate records

    + Excellent communication and teamwork skills

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Experience with optical component handling or assembly

    + Familiarity with diagnostic tools and functional testing equipment

    + Certifications in soldering, cleanroom operations, or mechanical assembly

    **Pay Details:** $20.00 per hour
