About the Role

Five Star Breaktime Solutions is a premier provider of away-from-home convenience services, committed to delivering innovative breaktime solutions that enhance customer experience.

We are seeking aMicro Market Refresh Managerto oversee operational performance, merchandising execution, and customer experience across multiple micro-market locations. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, results-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels in leadership, logistics, product quality, and customer engagement.

Compensation: Salary range of $60,000 to $70,000 based on experience, with eligibility for performance-based bonuses.

Key Responsibilities

+ Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple micro markets, ensuring merchandising, inventory levels, and product presentation follow company planograms and standards.

+ Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure operational compliance, quality control, and brand alignment.

+ Manage product ordering, receiving, and inventory practices to maintain optimal stock levels while preventing waste and shrink.

+ Partner with sales and marketing teams to coordinate promotions, seasonal strategies, and consumer engagement initiatives.

+ Train, coach, and schedule team members to deliver consistent service, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

+ Analyze sales performance, consumer feedback, and operational data to identify trends and inform product mix and pricing decisions.

+ Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing market environments that reflect Five Star’s service and merchandising standards.

+ Respond promptly and professionally to customer concerns, ensuring timely resolution and a positive experience.

+ Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to keep markets competitive and innovative.

Qualifications

+ High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality, or related field preferred.

+ Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail, food service, or operations management.

+ Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.

+ Excellent time management, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office and inventory management tools.

+ Ability to work independently and travel regularly between market locations.

+ Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

+ Ability to attain a DOT Medical Card.

+ Must consent to a background check and drug screening.
