    Crafting Excellence: Your Responsibilities

    + Perform allduties asassigned by supervision.

    + Pass “Joey” PIV operator training

    + Use “Joey” PIV truck tolocate, electronically scan and pick required components from assigned locations as printed on computer generated pick, replenishment lists or build sheets.

    + FollowassemblySOPs when building products including reporting exceptions, quality issues, and problems to supervision.

    + Master simple builds for decorative products consisting of combining components, installation guides, and re-labeling.

    + Master medium skill-level builds for decorative products including full assembly of components, handle swaps, gluing, water testing, and/or air testing.

    Skills/Requirements

    + Must be able to work in the US without restriction or sponsorship.

    + Effective communication skills for manufacturing production processes.

    + Mustbe at least 18 years old.

    Preferred Qualifications

    + High School diploma or equivalent preferred.

    + 1+yearof manufacturing, industrial, or warehouse experience preferred.

    + **Physical Capability:** Ability to perform the essential duties of the position with or without reasonable accommodation including but not limited to bending, lifting, and pushingweight.

    + **Screening:** Successful completion of a drug screen and background check.

    + **Reliability:** Consistent attendance and work performance.
