    6:00AM – 2:18PM

    Crafting Excellence: Your Responsibilities

    + Perform a wide variety of assignments, including but not limited to the skills of the following trades: Concrete, conventional masonry, refractory masonry, rough and finish carpentry, painting,glazingand roofing assignments.

    + Construct and repair wood structures, customcabinetryand equipment, to perform basic and advanced masonry, painting and glazing and roofing skills asrequired.

    + Mix and apply protective coatings to various surfaces and fabrications. Repair and replace window glazing using glass, plastic, and various sealants.

    + Must be able to differentiate colors and estimate areas and volumes.

    + Assistin snow removal operations when needed.

    + Working conditionsinclude:Heavy industrial environment, including, but not limited to exposure to heat, cold, dust, dirt, coolants, oils, noise, heights and confined spaces.

    + Physical Requirements: Bending, lifting, and pushing weights of up to 40 pounds or more.

    Skills/Requirements

    + Must hold andmaintaina valid driver’s license and be able to meet Kohler Company’s MVR Guidelines andmaintaingood standing.

    + Required to achieve a passing score on technical skills test as well as the hands-on assessment.

    + Must be capable ofoperatinga fork truck.

    + Required to provide own tools
