    Pay Range: $18.50-$21.00 (Dependent on experience)

     

    Hours: Monday-Friday 7:45AM-4:15PM (40hrs)

     

    Other locations include: Middletown, NY

    Join our team to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in living independent, fulfilling lives.

    What You’ll Do:

    + Assist with daily living, personal care, and community engagement.

    + Provide advocacy, mentorship, and emotional support.

    + Ensure health, safety, and program compliance.

    + Transport individuals to activities and appointments.

    + Complete documentation using electronic systems.

    What We’re Looking For:

    + Passion for helping others and a team-first mindset.

    + Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

    + Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends/holidays.

    + Valid driver’s license; bilingual (English/Spanish) or ASL a plus.

    + Experience in caregiving or customer service preferred.
