What You'll Do
We’re looking for an Analyst, Investment Solutions to join our team! In this role, you'll be responsible for providing operational investment support to Client Portfolio Managers that provide Outsourced Chief Investment Officer (OCIO) solutions to clients.
Responsibilities Include:
+ **Implement Asset Allocation Changes:** Execute ad-hoc allocation adjustments for OCIO clients, including updating internal systems and CRM, rebalancing portfolios, allocating new deposits, and preparing client communication.
+ **Calculate and Review Returns:** Compute plan rates of return for client reports and perform initial accuracy checks before distribution.
+ **Manage OCIO Revenue:** Partner with Finance to calculate and collect quarterly fees, review invoices, process payments, and resolve billing issues.
+ **Client Onboarding & Termination:** Update internal systems and coding for new and terminating clients, ensure accurate fee calculations, and coordinate final expense collection.
+ **Support Projects & Operations:** Assist with special projects such as ADV delivery, marketing updates, quarterly rebalancing, data pulls for RFPs, template reviews, advisor model updates, and business reporting.

Who You Are
+ Bachelor's degree (Financial or Business degree preferred) or the equivalent experience
+ Must possess a good understanding of investments and retirement plans
+ Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
+ Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, organizational, human relations, math, time-management and analytical skills

Salary Range Information
Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
Salary Range (Non-Exempt expressed as hourly; Exempt expressed as yearly)
$28.31 - $38.37 / hour
Time Off Program
Personal Time Off (PTO) is provided to hourly (non-exempt) employees and provides a set amount of accrued time earned each pay period. Employees can use their PTO for vacation, personal or short-term illness.

This role is hiring in Des Moines, IA and offers in-office and hybrid (blending at least four office days in a typical workweek) work arrangements.
