Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:

Pay rate based on experience: $55-60 per hour

What’s a typical day as Sr. Onsite Recruiter? You’ll be:

• Focusing on recruitment for specific teams/functions while managing open job requisitions and utilizing Taleo ATS.

• Attracting and developing a strong candidate pool for current and future openings through effective sourcing strategies.

• Collaborating with team members to achieve recruiting metrics and report key accomplishments, while ensuring compliance with employment laws and policies.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Hold a Bachelor's degree and possess 3-5+ years of recruitment experience in a competitive, fast-paced environment; 7+ years preferred.

• Have a background in manufacturing and can project a strong business presence to instill confidence in clients.

• Demonstrate proactive recruiting and sourcing experience, with a preference for healthcare/pharmaceutical industry recruitment.
