Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:

$19 per hour

**Schedule: 2nd shift** hours; Monday to Thursday, 3:00 pm to 1:30 am.

What’s a typical day as a Production Operator? You’ll be:

• Performing visual quality checks on stacks of doors, identifying and repairing defects.

• Operating jump tracks and pushing door stacks onto infeed tracks of the paint booth.

• Utilizing various tools, including glue guns, palm sanders, and putty knives, to ensure high-quality repairs.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have a high attention to detail and the ability to identify product quality defects.

• Possess knowledge of woodworking tools and craftsmanship, with some creativity required for repairs.

• Are physically capable of lifting up to 80 lbs and standing for long periods, with the ability to bend, stoop, and twist.
