**Location:** Honolulu, HI 96813

**Pay:** $21.29 per hour

Kelly Services is hiring for our client—a reputable financial institution in Honolulu! Join a dedicated team and make an impact by ensuring essential banking operations run smoothly.

Primary Responsibilities:

+ Perform day-to-day back-office operations, including deposit product maintenance, monetary processing, return items, compliance tasks, lockbox, micrographics, legal processing, and ACH processing.

+ Research and resolve back-office operational issues independently.

+ Monitor and coordinate all deposit operations processing, maintaining clear communication with internal teams and management.

+ Provide outstanding customer service while resolving internal and external customer problems and complaints.

+ Maintain individual KPI logs and assist with procedure updates as needed.

+ Ensure compliance with state and federal laws, bank policies, and regulations.

Qualifications:

+ High School Diploma required.

+ Minimum 1 year of banking operations experience, including knowledge of bank products, services, and documentation.

+ Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

+ Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

+ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
