**Job Title:** Shipping & Receiving Associate

**Location:** Blue Ash, OH

**Schedule:** Flexible hours; typical shifts include 7:00–3:30, 7:30–4:00, or 8:00–4:30. Occasional extended hours until 4:30 may be required to support FedEx shipments.

Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and team-oriented **Shipping & Receiving Associate** to support logistics operations within a service center environment. This entry-level role is ideal for someone with a strong work ethic who enjoys hands-on tasks and is eager to learn. All job functions can be trained on the job.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Maintain organized shipping and receiving areas.

+ Receive, inspect, and stock spare parts from multiple suppliers.

+ Pack and ship spare parts and medical devices to domestic and international destinations.

+ Manage movement and transfer of devices within the service center and inventory systems.

+ Deliver packages to internal requestors.

+ Update service systems to ensure accurate inventory and asset tracking.

+ Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, policies, and procedures.

+ Communicate issues or opportunities to management.

+ Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

+ High school diploma or equivalent required.

+ 0–2 years of experience; prior experience is a plus but not required.

+ Strong verbal and written communication skills.

+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

+ Strong initiative, follow-through, and organizational skills.

+ Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Experience:

+ Familiarity with FedEx and DHL shipping software.

+ Experience with Microsoft Office and Salesforce.

+ Exposure to warehouse organization and logistics.

+ Problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset.
