    Are you passionate about delivering exceptional patient care? Forsyth Medical Center is seeking dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA II) to join our dynamic and compassionate nursing team.

    Position Details

    + Schedule: Full-Time | 36 hours/week | 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM

    + Department: Medical-Surgical

    + Location: Forsyth Medical Center, Winston-Salem, NC

    About the Unit

    Become a valued member of our Neurosciences Unit, a 43-bed specialized inpatient unit providing comprehensive care for stroke, neurological, and neurosurgical patients. The unit includes:

     

    + 33 telemetry beds

    + 6 medical-surgical beds

    + 4 epilepsy monitoring beds

     

    Your Role

    As a CNA II, you will:

    + Assist patients with activities of daily living

    + Support a safe, clean, and healing environment

    + Work under the direction of registered nurses to deliver compassionate, high-quality care

    What We're Looking For

     

    + Education: High School Diploma or GED, required.

    + Experience: One year, preferred.

    + Licensure/Certification: Completion of NA I and NA II programs, required. NA registry as NA I in good standing. Current NA II certification with state, required. NC state approved curricula for restrictive interventions (facility specific) within 3 months of hire for Emergency Departments and Behavioral Health units, required.

    + Additional Skills (required): BON Health Care Provider. Medication Safety - AME

    + Additional Skills (preferred): Basic computer skills for documentation.
