    Responsibilities & Qualifications

    What You’ll Do

    + Develop, refine, and evaluate alternatives for passenger terminal, airfield, and landside facilities.

    + Help shape programmatic requirements for major airports across the U.S. and beyond.

    + Support planning studies by preparing compelling reports, visuals, and presentations.

    + Assist with cost estimates, facility phasing, and implementation plans.

    + Collaborate with clients, sub-consultants, and stakeholders to bring innovative solutions to life.

    + Provide on-site client support and contribute to design workshops and facility surveys.

    What You’ll Bring

    + A Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Transportation Planning, or a related field.

    + Experience contributing to airport terminal planning, architecture, or infrastructure projects.

    + Knowledge of passenger flows, baggage operations, and the systems that keep airports moving.

    Skills That Set You Apart

    + Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.

    + 3D modeling skills in SketchUp (or similar).

    + Graphic design experience in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

    + Familiarity with PathPlanner or gate planning tools.

    + Strong Microsoft Word, Excel, and Project skills.

    + Knowledge of FAA Advisory Circulars and IATA ADRM design criteria.

    Additional Information

     

    Landrum & Brown is committed to pay equity. As part of that commitment, we have provided the base compensation range of $70,000 - $100,000 annually for this position and local market.
