    This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for providing support to our clients through, preventive maintenance, and repairs on buildings, equipment and systems. This roll will be on site at one of our Premier client locations in the Springfield, MO. Area.

     

    _(_ **_Primary focus will be Hoist maintenance and repair with some assisting/ back up to cover light troubleshooting and PM's on other mechanical such as HVAC and boilers._** **)**

    What You'll Do:

    + Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repair on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems.

    + Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose potential problems, and make repairs.

    + PM's and reactive repairs on **_Hoists, dock doors, levelers and other mechanical to include Hydraulics, pneumatics and light electrical._**

    + Assist with the installation and modification, repair and maintenance of various building equipment and systems.

    + Possible **_light_** support with boilers and HVAC systems.

    + Support energy management by ensuring all building systems are operating safely and efficiently.

    + Have some knowledge of standard principles with practical experience in applying them.

    + Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.

    + Work within standardized procedures and practices to efficiently achieve objectives.

    + Exchange straightforward information, ask questions, and check for understanding.

    What You'll Need:

    + High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma or equivalent experience with 2-3 years of job-related experience.

    + Certification in Building Maintenance is preferred.

    + Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.

    + Solid experience with Building Maintenance and repair along with Pneumatic and Hydraulic systems

    + Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.

    + Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.

    + In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

    + Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive approach.
