You will be the Program Quality Engineering Manager for the Program Quality Engineering team\. Our team is responsible for delivering high‑quality products and services that support the PrSM Program\.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Program Quality Engineering Manager you will be responsible for driving business‑process improvements, defining quality standards, and guiding Integrated Product Teams toward excellence\.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

+ Develop and implement processes that optimize program execution\.

+ Collaborate with Integrated Product Teams to ensure adherence to quality standards\.

+ Establish a Program Quality Management System that meets customer and regulatory requirements\.

+ Utilize quality methodologies and perform data analysis to identify improvement opportunities\.

+ Identify solutions to complex problems and champion continuous‑improvement practices\.

MUST BE A U\.S\. CITIZEN \- This position is located at a facility that requires special access\. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance\.

Basic Qualifications:

STEM degree at Bachelors level or higher, or equivalent/combined experience

Quality Engineering Leadership Experience

Experience working with make sites and suppliers

Proposal experience

Experience working with metrics and continuous improvement

Experience establishing Quality processes and requirements with cross functional, supplier and customer engagement

Desired Skills:

STEM degree at bachelors level or higher preferred

CAM training or experience

Experience selecting and establishing new suppliers

High rate production experience

Development experience

PF Line of Business Experience/STORM experience

**Security Clearance Statement:** This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration\.

**Clearance Level:** Secret

**Ability to Work Remotely:** Part\-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility\. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process\.

**Work Schedules:** Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees\. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed\. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits\.

**Schedule for this Position:** 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
