How you'll help us Keep Climbing (overview & key responsibilities)
The Manager-Line Maintenance is responsible to the
appropriate General Manager Line Maintenance for the safe, compliant, and
economical performance of all Line Maintenance functions in their respective
station.
+ Review, manage, and resolve technical as well as administrative issuesin the station.
+ Daily oversight of maintenance activities, while working withall operational departments of the station to ensure all facets of theoperation are supported. Develops both strategic and tactical plans that createa safety conscious environment that results in employee safety and well-being.
+ Implements and monitors operating budget and performance plan. Tier III HNL.
What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)
+ A & P Licensesand line avionics training are required.
+ Previous managerialexperience is required.
+ Applicants mustpossess strong analytical skills along with a strong technical background inDelta's maintenance practices, organization and procedures.
+ Candidate must possessexcellent judgement and decision-making ability.
+ Applicants should beable to demonstrate exceptional leadership, work well under pressure, andhandle multiple tasks in a timely manner.
+ Applicants mustpossess good written and verbal communication skills and should be well versedin the computer functions currently used in Line Maintenance.
+ Consistentlyprioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data.
+ Embracesdiverse people, thinking, and styles.
+ Possessesa high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.
+ Isat least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the UnitedStates.

Pay Range: $89500.00-$245100.00 annually
