**Position Summary** :
The Secretary /Receptionist is responsible for coordinating the efficient flow. The Secretary/Receptionist greets all and informs other staff of arrivals, answers and relays all incoming telephone calls, and maintains staff and patient schedules. Other tasks include, but are not limited to, general reception and clerical duties.
**Education Requirements** :
High school graduate or equivalent required.
**Experience Requirements** :
1. Computer word processing skills - minimum of 55wpm required.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
3. Previous medical office reception or clerical experience preferred.
Pay Range - $17.25- $22.99
_Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.”_
