Our client, a leading organization in the education technology sector, is seeking an Outbound Telesales Representative 4 to join their team. As an Outbound Telesales Representative 4, you will be part of the Sales Support Department supporting the K-12 and community college education market. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, proactive attitude, and a passion for helping educational institutions leverage innovative solutions, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Location:** REMOTE

What's the Job?

+ Assist Account Executives in renewing licensing agreements with educational customers

+ Recommend Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform solutions based on customer needs

+ Coordinate solution demonstrations and explain product features to prospective clients

+ Work with partners to quote prices, organize demos, and build new sales pipelines

+ Collaborate with customer support resources to address post-purchase challenges

What's Needed?

+ Proven experience in a sales or telesales role, preferably within the technology or education sector

+ Strong verbal and written communication skills

+ Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

+ Knowledge of Microsoft products, licensing agreements, and solutions such as Dynamics and Power Platform is a plus

+ Fluency in Spanish is highly advantageous
