• SOP Conversion & Training Operations Specialist

    We have an immediate opening for an LMS Support position onsite in Lansdale, PA.

     

    We are seeking a detail-oriented, process-driven specialist to support ongoing SOP management, conversion activities, and training operations.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Support the large-scale conversion of SOPs into Articulate Storyline using Articulate 360.

    + Manage day-to-day SOP updates, version control, and coordination across stakeholders.

    + Assist with creating, organizing, and maintaining SOPs and related training documentation.

    + Ensure alignment with L&D operational processes and compliance requirements.

    + Collaborate with the L&D team to support customer-group needs, including training materials, onboarding resources, and training plan updates.

    + Track progress against conversion milestones and escalate risks or delays as needed.

    + Upload, track, and manage training-related assets within the LMS (SuccessFactors) as needed (not as an LMS Admin).

    + Partner with a team of six to support high-volume execution and consistency.

    Required Qualifications

    + **Hands-on experience with Articulate Storyline and Articulate 360**

    + Experience creating or managing SOPs, documentation, or controlled content.

    + Strong process orientation with exceptional attention to detail.

    + Ability to navigate high-volume, fast-paced operational workflows.

    + Excellent organizational and communication skills.

    + Ability to learn internal systems and procedures quickly.
