Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Maintenance Planner to join their team. As a Maintenance Planner, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting plant operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to safety and efficiency, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Maintenance Planner

**Location:** Baltimore, MD

**Pay Range:** $40

**Shift:** 7:00 am - 3:00 PM

What's the Job?

+ Manage work order processes using the CMMS system to ensure timely maintenance activities.

+ Develop detailed maintenance job plans, including safety procedures, tools, and materials required.

+ Coordinate with maintenance, production, and engineering teams to prioritize and schedule work.

+ Identify and generate purchase requests for necessary parts and tools for planned maintenance.

+ Ensure safety protocols are integrated into all maintenance plans and activities.

What's Needed?

+ High School diploma or GED required.

+ At least 5 years of industrial manufacturing experience, preferably in continuous processes.

+ 3+ years experience with maintenance work order systems, ideally Maximo.

+ Knowledge of electrical and mechanical processes and industrial equipment.

+ Strong understanding of maintenance planning principles and safety standards.
