• Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS), Per Diem

    At Merrimack Health, we are committed to pay transparency and equity. The base salary range is $29.45 (Min) — $41.32 hourly (Max), excluding fringe benefits and potential bonuses.

     

    Your final base salary will be determined based on your education, experience, licensure, and internal equity considerations. Offers are typically made below the top of the range to support future salary growth.

     

    As the MLS you will perform manual and automated analysis and specialized procedures on various blood and body fluids. Interpret results and quality control studies to ensure reliable result reporting. Processes clinical samples and performs as a Phlebotomist as needed, promoting a team effort for peak efficiency.

    Required:

    + Satisfactory completion of an MLS Program with an Associate’s degree.

    + Must possess MLS(ASCP) certification or equivalent.
