Our client, a leader in medical device manufacturing, is seeking a Test Technician 1, Instruments to join their team. As a Test Technician 1, Instruments, you will be part of the Manufacturing Support team supporting production and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Assembler & Test Technician

**Location:** Milpitas, CA

**Pay Range:** $27/hour

**Shift:** 1st shift, 6:00 am - 2:30 pm, Monday - Friday

What's the Job?

+ Perform production assembly operations and complete system analysis, testing, and performance optimization.

+ Conduct basic electrical, mechanical, or software troubleshooting to identify issues with test equipment.

+ Analyze test results and data to determine pass/fail status and provide solutions for failures.

+ Identify defects and recommend design and process improvements to enhance product quality.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Planning, and Purchasing to ensure compliance and efficiency.

What's Needed?

+ AA degree in mechatronics or a relevant field, or 5 years of experience in electrical, mechanical, or software troubleshooting.

+ Proficiency in reading and understanding drawings, work instructions, and workmanship standards.

+ Ability to analyze data, interpret charts, and perform basic arithmetic.

+ Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.

+ Willingness to work overtime as needed to meet production demands.
