    Our client, a leading innovator in the technology and engineering sector, is seeking a Lab Readiness Project Manager - Menlo Park, CA to join their dynamic team. As a Lab Readiness Project Manager, you will be part of the Engineering Operations Department supporting NPI development and lab infrastructure initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, proactive communication, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.

    **Pay Range:** $85

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Drive end-to-end Lab Readiness efforts in support of custom NPI programs and HACK initiatives.

    + Manage lab buildout schedules, equipment installation, and infrastructure readiness to support NPI development and testing.

    + Partner with engineering, facilities, safety, and operations teams to ensure lab environments are compliant, functional, and aligned with program needs.

    + Track readiness metrics, dependencies, and blockers; provide timely updates to NPI PMs and leadership.

    + Coordinate allocation of lab resources, including tools, benches, network setups, and environmental controls.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + 5+ years of program or project management experience in a hardware, lab, or engineering operations environment.

    + Proven experience managing facility buildouts, lab readiness, or NPI infrastructure.

    + Strong understanding of NPI development lifecycles, engineering workflows, and lab operations.

    + Exceptional communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.

    + Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced, highly technical environment.
