    What You’ll Be Doing:

    + Conduct legal research & gather case info

    + Draft legal documents, reports & correspondence

    + Keep case files & databases organized

    + Assist with court filings, deadlines & scheduling

    + Support attorneys during hearings & client meetings

    + Ensure confidentiality & compliance every step of the way

    What You Bring:

    + Associate’s degree or Paralegal Certificate (required)

    + Legal know-how & terminology expertise

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office & legal research tools

    + Organizational wizardry & multitasking magic

    + Strong writing & communication skills

    + Reliable transportation & punctuality

    + Experience working with Pacer - Federal Processing

    Bonus Points If You Have:

    + Experience in litigation, employment law, or criminal defense

    + Familiarity with WV court systems & filing procedures

    + Notary Public certification

    + Must have PACER experience with Federal E-Filing
