    Our client, a leading organization in the healthcare industry, is seeking a dedicated and experienced IT Project Manager to join their dynamic team. As an IT Project Manager, you will be an integral part of the project management department supporting healthcare application implementation initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative spirit, which will align successfully within the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Senior IT Project Manager

    **Location:** Remote, with occasional onsite meetings in Houston, TX

    **Pay Range:** Negotiable

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Lead and coordinate complex healthcare application implementation projects from initiation to completion

    + Manage project transitions ensuring seamless handoffs and stakeholder engagement

    + Attend and actively participate in meetings with implementation partners and project teams

    + Prepare and deliver executive-level project status reports to ensure transparency and alignment

    + Ensure all project activities adhere to organizational goals and compliance standards

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + 7+ years of project management experience, preferably in healthcare settings

    + Proven experience in healthcare application implementation projects

    + Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred

    + Strong background in application integration and stakeholder engagement

    + Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with executives and diverse teams
