Sales, Associate Account Manager- Cardiovascular Ultrasound (Florida)
Philips is proven to deliver cutting edge technology within our Cardiovascular Ultrasound portfolio. We are seeking a motivated medical sales professional to join and grow with our ULS Salesforce in Florida!
Your role:
+ Builds and maintains effective relationships with the customer at all levels in the buying organization and the Philips team. Once an order is closed, continue communication with the customer to ensure high customer satisfaction while addressing any concerns.
+ Establishes contact and develops relationships in competitive accounts.
+ Understands customer requirements and provides solutions as a consultant while meeting their needs. AND develop and own strategies for customers within assigned territory to achieve business growth targets.
+ Ensures order processing, construction, and shipment schedules to equipment installation are orderly and timely by communicating with logistics and project managers.
+ Negotiates solutions and closes deals by reaching agreements with mutual satisfaction to Customers and Philips.
+ Maintains constant communication with Account Managers and Clinical Solutions Consultants, including all internal and external parties throughout the deal process.
You're the right fit if:
+ You’ve acquired 1+ years of successful experience in B2B sales. (healthcare/medical device preferred)
+ Your skills include having the ability to work with prospects to develop strong relationships/business solutions, and the motivation to be a top salesperson.
+ _You have a Bachelors Degree within a related field or equivalent experience._
+ You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Sales position.
+ You’re a result oriented, high energy, balanced, “take charge” individual with a hunter mentality. WITH the desire to be coached and developed.
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details
Total Target Earnings is composed of base salary + target incentive. At 85% to 120% performance achievement, the Target Earning potential is $107,500 to $125,000 annually, plus company fleet/car. Total compensation may be higher or lower dependent upon individual performance.
Target Earnings pay is only one component of the Philips Total Rewards compensation package, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more. Details about our benefits can be found here.
Additional Information

Company relocation benefits **_will not_** be provided for this position. Ideal location for candidates would be Orlando and/or Jacksonville.
