    + Coordinate construction projects, developing detailed plans to meet project goals and timelines.

    + Present and explain proposals, reports, and findings to clients and stakeholders.

    + Recruit, assign, direct, and evaluate project staff, ensuring ongoing development and competence.

    + Analyze technology, resource needs, and market demand to assess project feasibility.

    + Collaborate with management, production, and marketing teams to discuss project specifications and procedures.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field.

    + 10+ years of experience in construction project management, preferably in MEP or related sectors.

    + Strong verbal and written communication skills, with problem-solving capabilities.

    + Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

    + Knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs, and management principles.
