Our client, a leader in the Healthcare IT industry, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Technical Project Manager to join their dynamic team. As a Technical Project Manager, you will be an integral part of the Healthcare IT department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, strong leadership, and a proactive approach to project management, which will align successfully within the organization.

**Duration:** 6+ Months Contract

What's the Job?

+ Lead end-to-end program management to ensure successful project delivery within healthcare IT initiatives.

+ Coordinate with technical teams to develop work breakdown structures, resource estimates, and project timelines.

+ Manage stakeholder involvement, requirements gathering, risk assessment, and milestone tracking.

+ Facilitate communication between teams and leadership to keep projects aligned with organizational goals.

+ Monitor project progress, identify blockers, and implement solutions to maintain momentum and quality standards.

What's Needed?

+ Proven experience as a Scrum Master and Project Manager in a healthcare IT environment.

+ Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and project management best practices.

+ Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

+ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.

+ Experience working remotely and utilizing digital collaboration tools effectively.
