Basic Job Functions:
The Contract Administrator responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Draft, negotiate, and manage contract s with customers, vendors, etc.
Ensure all contract ual agreements comply with internal policies and legal requirements
Monitor contract performance and enforce compliance with contract ual terms
Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies in the contract process
Review and negotiate Non-Disclosure Agreements
Working knowledge of lien and bond rights (in multiple states)
Working knowledge of contract cycle management and contract language, such as limitation of liability, indemnification and warranty
Working knowledge of commercial construction insurance
Working knowledge of construction industry and general practices
Coordinating contract ual reviews with internal and external counsel as needed
Collaborate with leadership team to focus on continuous improvement and support all business goals
Lead a contract s team focusing on process improvement and coaching and development
Assist with other contract ual matters as they arise

Minimum Qualifications:
Paralegal Certificate or Bachelors degree in Business, Law, Construction Management or related field
5 years experience in contract administration or legal operations
Preferred Qualifications:
1+ years experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe or similar PDF program1+ years experience with a CLM or similar software
