As a **Security Officer - Armed Retail Patrol Full-Time** in **Cleburne, TX** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As an Armed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a retail location, you will conduct regular patrols and remain highly visible to help deter security-related incidents. You will play a key role in maintaining a welcoming environment, providing outstanding customer service, and responding to incidents as needed. What You'll Do:

+ Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations as needed.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, utilizing de-escalation techniques when appropriate.

+ Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the retail location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and maintain a visible presence.

+ Monitor entry and exit points within the location, observing for suspicious behavior and reporting incidents according to established protocols.

+ Maintain detailed and accurate records of patrols, incidents, and any security-related activities as required by Allied Universal and site management.

+ Collaborate with retail staff and management to support a secure environment and assist with emergency response activities when appropriate.

Minimum Requirements:

+ Possess an Armed Guard Card or License.

+ Possess Level III Armed Certification for Texas roles only.

+ Be at least 21 years of age.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Participate in industry-specific security training programs.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
