About the Company
My client is one of Hawai‘i’s most established general contractors, recognized for delivering large-scale commercial, residential, and community-focused projects across the islands. Their affordable housing and mixed-use division plays a critical role in building safe, reliable homes for local families — an effort backed by long-term partnerships, seasoned leadership, and a strong reputation for quality, schedule, and collaboration.
Much like Hawai‘i’s top legacy builders, they are known for consistent execution, strong field coordination, and a genuine commitment to projects that serve the community. Their teams are stable, experienced, and take pride in building projects that matter.

+ Uphold my client’s standards for quality, safety, and community impact.
+ Anticipate conflicts early — design, sequencing, or logistics — and bring forward solutions.
+ Manage multiple scopes and trade packages with accuracy and organization.
Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
+ **3–6 years of vertical or commercial construction experience** , ideally in residential or mixed-use projects.
+ Familiarity with affordable housing requirements and permitting processes is a plus.
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Bluebeam; experience with P6 or MS Project preferred.
+ Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities.
+ Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
