Adecco Permanent Recruitment has partnered with a leading manufacturing client to find a full-time **Quality Supervisor** to lead Quality & Lab processes in Chattanooga, TN.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

+ Lead and support lab technicians; assign daily tasks

+ Oversee inspection activities and ensure accurate, timely results

+ Use measurement tools and equipment for dimensional checks

+ Maintain calibration and general upkeep of lab equipment

+ Set up tests, record data, and prepare reports

+ Provide training on tools, systems, and procedures

+ Support continuous improvement and adherence to quality standards

Qualifications:

+ Technical degree preferred

+ 3+ years of experience in a quality lab environment

+ Supervisory experience strongly preferred

+ Strong understanding of measurement tools, inspection software, and other laboratory equipment

Compensation & Benefits:

+ Base salary in the 50k-70k range (based on experience)

+ Health, dental, and vision insurance

+ PTO and holidays

**Pay Details:** $50,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year
