Responsibilities for a Mail Room Clerk III include but are not limited to:
• Sort and distribute incoming interoffice and US mail, and process outgoing mail and UPS shipments
• Accept and deliver incoming packages (UPS/FedEx/Office Depot)
• Perform clerical and administrative duties including data entry, record maintenance, and invoice processing
• Provide excellent customer service and support department needs such as calendar management and meeting scheduling
Candidates for Mail Room Clerk III must meet the following requirements to be considered:
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs occasionally and follow established procedures
• Minimum 4–7 years of work experience with strong organizational and communication skills

Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM

**Pay Details:** $16.00 per hour
