    Schedule

     

    Upon hire you will work full-time Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm.

     

    Pay Rate

     

    The wage for this position is between $38 and $43. Hourly wage is dependent upon experience, education, geographic location and other factors.

    What you'll be doing:

    + Maintain general ledgers and prepare and analyze monthly and annual financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement and Cash Flow Statements) for four separate companies

    + Prepare financial reports, actual to budget and forecast for monthly financial meetings

    + Enter, review and approve invoices; research billing inaccuracies

    + Manage in-office cash payments from clinic

    + Monitor 4 intercompany accounts in QuickBooks to ensure they are balanced

    + Process payroll wires with third party HR firm

    + Book monthly accruals

    + Ensure accuracy of merchant deposits to the bank account

    + Provide guidance to staff accountant related to Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and journal entries

    + Monitor bank account on a daily basis; prepare cash analysis

    + Reinforce internal controls for all accounting transactions/processes

    + Report financial results to a non-financial audience

    + Research discrepancies to reconcile vendor and bank accounts

    + Coordinate with outside CPA firm on tax planning and filing of tax returns (only during end of year and tax season)

    + File business license renewals annually for all internal companies

    + Implement and document standard operating procedures

    + Maintain notes and coordinate payments as needed

    + Other accounting duties as needed

    Qualifications:

    + 5 years+ accounting management experience

    + Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting

    + Active CPA preferred

    + Strong organizational and time management skills

    + Implementation of new accounting systems and workflows

    + Highly reliable and ability to work independently

    + 2 years+ of hands on QuickBooks experience

    **Pay Details:** $38.00 to $43.00 per hour
