About the Company
My client is one of Hawai‘i’s most established and trusted design and engineering firms, known for delivering high-quality work across the islands for more than 40 years. They are fully employee-owned, which means everyone—from new hires to senior leadership—shares in the company’s success. That sense of ownership shows up in the way they collaborate, support each other, and deliver projects that genuinely serve Hawai‘i’s communities.
They work on a wide range of meaningful projects: public infrastructure, water and wastewater systems, schools, health care facilities, coastal and flood mitigation projects, commercial development, and long-term community planning efforts. Their culture blends technical excellence with a strong “ohana-first” mentality. People stay because the work is interesting, the team is supportive, and the company invests heavily in long-term growth.
They’re expanding their water resources group and looking for a Hydraulics Engineer who wants to contribute to projects that directly improve safety and resiliency across the islands.
