    Adecco is currently assisting a well-known National Pharmaceutical client, recruiting for an Operations Assistant in Redlands CA

     

    SHIFT: Monday- Friday

    TIME: 12:00 pm-9:00 PM Monday- Thursday and 10:30 am-7:30 PM Friday

    **Pay Rate:** The wage for this position is $19.11. Hourly wage may depend upon experience, education, geographic location and other factors.

     

    Physical Demands: Must be able to stand, walk and lift for several hours at a time.

     

    Work Environment: Warehouse, may be exposed to hazardous materials through the processing of returned goods.

     

    + Retrieve shipping documents and labels

    + Assist in the packing and shipping of medications

    + Track shipped packages Report any packages that are not delivered.

    + Organize shipping reports daily

    + Receive non-pharmaceuticals via back dock.

    + Also responsible for other tasks related to placing purchase orders, receiving inventory, tracking and reconciling inventory balances, and selecting product and supplies under the direct supervision of a pharmacist.

     

    What do we need from you?

     

    + H.S. Diploma or equivalent

    + Minimum 1 year experience in a warehouse or purchasing environment, data entry experience helpful.

    + Past experience in pharmacy a plus.

    + Knowledge of packing and shipping with national carriers.
