This role also manages administrative tasks such as recordkeeping and reporting, while serving as a point of contact for customer service issues. Dispatchers balance logistics coordination with problem-solving to keep operations running smoothly in challenging environments. *Key Responsibilities:* · Establish and optimize delivery routes · Record times of departure, arrivals, type of fuel loaded and/or delivered. · Communicate with drivers and customers via phone and dispatch system. · Deliver exceptional customer service to customers *Education & Credentials:* · High School or GED.** *Experience:* · 3-5 years of experience as a dispatcher.
