    Job Title: Marketing Intern

    Marketing Summer Intern

     

    We're seeking a proactive, and self-starting Video Production Intern to plug into our creative engine this summer. This is a hands-on experience in content production across multiple formats and platforms. You’ll support the creative teams by contributing to idea generation, pre-production planning, on-set execution, and post-production workflows. You’ll help organize and archive creative assets that tell compelling stories, support campaigns, and elevate our brand presence.     Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

    + Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and handle various administrative duties.

    + Assist in cataloging and uploading content to the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system, Brandfolder.

    + Support managers, team members, and vendors to ensure deadlines are met, and projects stay on track.

    + Organize and plan production logistics.

    + Track, manage, and organize product and prop inventory.

    + Coordinate product acquisition and delivery to film sets.

    Secondary Duties and Responsibilities:

    + Assist in managing creative project-management processes.

    + Generate self-produced content from concept through asset delivery.

    + Perform administrative tasks and other responsibilities to support the team.

    + Prepare reports as assigned.

    + Perform other job-related duties and special projects as required.

    Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Worker Characteristics:

    + Must be comfortable working in web-based software systems for content production, project management, content management, and asset management, as well as professional creative and productivity suites like Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.

    + Ability to identify potential issues, recommend clear solutions, and execute manager-directed solutions through completion.

    + Excellent organizational, time-management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

    + Strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to excel in a collaborative environment with multidisciplinary teams.

    + Ability to be flexible, adapt to unexpected changes, and pivot when priorities or direction shifts.

    + Strong multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once while meeting concurrent deadlines.

    + Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision and strong self-motivation.

    MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED TO PERFORM JOB:

    Preferred Junior or Senior classification status at university majoring in digital media, journalism, marketing, or related field taking relevant coursework or have completed a final academic university degree.

    Physical Requirements:

    + Visual requirements include seeing detail at close and far range with or without correction.

    + Must be physically able to perform light work: occasionally lifting or carrying objects and sometimes standing or walking.

    + Must perform the following physical activities: stooping, kneeling, reaching, handling, talking, hearing, and repetitive motions.

    Working Conditions:

    The duties of this position are performed in a general office setting, a work-from-home environment, and on-location filming.

    Financial Responsibility:

    None

    Contacts:

    Has daily contact with content and marketing teams, occasional contact with store and office personnel, suppliers, vendors, and the store customers.

    Confidentiality:

    Has access to confidential information, including advertising rates, pricing information, and store sales and marketing events.
