    PRACTICE SPECIFICS

    + Essentia Health is seeking a Family Medicine physician to join the team at our Moorhead, MN clinic

    + Work week would consist of 4.5-5 days, between the hours of 8am-5pm, 36 patient contact hours

    + Anticipated volume of office patients per day: 15-23

    + 100% Clinic Practice

    + Call Requirements –approximately 1:8 weeks, by phone

    + Team orientated, progressive and collegial atmosphere

    + Physicians desiring OB practice, inpatient service and/or office procedures welcomed

    REQUIREMENTS

    + BC/BE in Family Medicine

    LOCATION

    + Centrally located on the border of North Dakota & Minnesota

    + 3.5 hours northwest of Minneapolis/St. Paul

    + Fargo-Moorhead population: 250,000

    + Regional Service area consists of 30 clinics & 5 hospitals

    COMPENSATION

    + $308,000. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives or production-based compensation.
