Job Description
We are seeking a BIM/Revit Team Leader to become the Revit Subject Matter Expert (SME) for our team to start in the first quarter of the 2026 year. This role involves customizing Revit for both clients and internal stakeholders, and providing guidance to team members on Revit functionalities. The position is primarily focused on managing Revit projects and does not include direct personnel management responsibilities at this time.
Responsibilities
+ Serve as the Revit SME, customizing Revit for clients and internal stakeholders.
+ Teach and guide team members on Revit functionalities.
+ Create control standards and templates in Revit.
+ Develop individual models for projects.
+ Create 3D models of construction plans for Water and Wastewater Treatment Facilities using Revit.
+ Focus on process piping and MEP systems modeling within Treatment Facilities.
+ Train and mentor junior Revit users on various Revit functions.
Essential Skills
+ 5+ years of professional Revit experience.
+ Experience in teaching and training junior Revit users.
+ Proficiency in creating individual Revit models and customizing Revit.
+ Ability to create parametric families, establish work sets, and create Revit templates.
+ Strong technical and interpersonal skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience in Revit training, teaching, or leadership is highly desired.
+ Experience with MEP background , particularly in plumbing and piping, is advantageous.
+ Familiarity with Water/Wastewater Treatment, Industrial, Pharmaceutical, Chemical, or heavy manufacturing projects.
+ Experience with HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing contractors/constructors design teams.
+ Process piping experience is beneficial.

+ Schedule: Mon–Thurs 7:00 AM–5:00 PM, Fri 7:00 AM–11:00 AM (40–45 hrs/week).

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Indianapolis, IN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr.
