    SOSi is looking for an **IT Supply Chain Manager** to join our team at **Pearl Harbor Hickam Joint Base, Honolulu, Hawaii** .     Responsibilities

    Provides overall logistics support to program activities to include managing the supply chain pipeline, warehouse activities, receiving and shipping equipment, inventory management, and asset control. Analyzes new and complex logistics and project related problems and creates innovative solutions involving verification of IT inventory, carrier scheduling, methodology, and supply chain solutions. Provides logistics and project support for a Government site, facility, or multiple locations. Prepares long and short-range plans for logistics, support systems development, inventory systems maintenance, and production activities and for necessary support resources. Oversees all aspects of logistics.

    Essential Job Duties

    + Direct report to Program Procurement Manager and part of a portfolio team managing acquisitions of federally funded hardware and software IT components.

    + Maintain a warehouse inventory and management system that supports the day-to-day operations of logistics as it pertains to the program.

    + Complete all shipping actions with commercial shipping vendors such as DHL, FED EX or government transportation movement office.

    + Provide warehouse organization, along with tracking inventory levels and location of all equipment on the program, to include remote customer sites.

    + Provide weekly updates to leadership on warehouse inventory levels, missing equipment, status on incoming and outgoing shipments along with total cost and invoices.

    + Create and provide forms (on behalf of the government) needed to accept or deliver equipment.

    + Participate in the development of technical project plans, proposals, reports, task order and administrative reporting.

    + Track, monitor, and account for customer assets.

    + Conduct planning and provide recommendations to client on task workload.

    + Attend customer meetings and may serve as primary client liaison.

    + Interact with vendors, other agencies, and other client staff on behalf of the client.

    + Coordinate development of deliverables, products, and equipment.

    + Ensures quality assurance of project deliverables.

    + Maintain current knowledge of relevant technology as assigned.

    + Generate briefing material for senior leadership regarding supply chain timelines and status.

    + Develop documentation and procedures for managing customer equipment requirements.

    + Develop project charters and track the addition of any supply chain scope changes.

    + Prioritize supply tasks and track status of internal and external resources applied against tasks.

    + Provide guidance and work leadership to less-experienced staff members.

    + Participate in special projects as required.

    + Conduct turn-in of excess equipment to DRMO facility.

    Qualifications

    Minimum Requirements

    + An Active in-scope top secret clearance and ability to be sponsored and obtain/maintain an SCI.

    + Bachelor's degree in a related field (or the equivalent years of experience) AND a minimum of four (4) years of related logistics experience.

    + Effective process and procedures management skills.

    + Familiarity with industry best practices for logistics processes.

    + Effective administrative and organizational skills.

    + Ability to manage multiple projects or tasks simultaneously.

    + Experience with equipment such as forklifts is desired.

    + Must be able to stand for long periods of time, along with lift and handle objects weighing 50 pounds.

    Preferred Qualifications

    + DoD 8570 IAT level I compliant (A+ CE, CCNA-Security, CND, Network+ CE, or SSCP).

    + Active in scope TS/SCI.

    + Experience and understanding of the Arms Export Control Act (Title 22, U.S.C., Sec 2751, et seq.) and Export Administration Act of 1979.

    + Knowledge of the ITAR Classification process.

    Work Environment

    + The work is typically performed in an office environment, which requires normal safety precautions; work may require some physical effort in the handling of heavy materials, boxes, or equipment.

    + The work location is a government facility located on a military installation in Honolulu, HI supporting a DoD customer.

    + Fast paced, deadline-oriented environment.

    + May require periods of non-traditional working hours including consecutive nights or weekends (if applicable).

    + Target Salary Range: $82,775 to $101,640.
