    Job Description

    The role involves coordinating with project managers, executing field surveys, and ensuring accurate data collection for design and construction projects. Ideal candidates will have a background in technical or civil/construction fields.

    Responsibilities

    + Coordinate with project managers to execute field surveys.

    + Ensure accurate data collection for design and construction projects.

    + Communicate effectively with contractors.

    + Prepare data for construction staking.

    + Interpret civil drawings accurately.

    + Utilize topographic and boundary surveying techniques.

    + Operate GPS and robotic survey equipment.

    Essential Skills

    + 2-3 years of experience with construction staking and land surveying.

    + Experience interpreting civil drawings.

    + Experience communicating with contractors.

    + Experience with topographic and boundary surveying.

    + Familiarity with GPS and robotic survey equipment.

     

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

     

    + High school diploma or GED required.

    + Minimum of two years of relevant experience preferred.

    + Valid driver’s license required.

    + Knowledge of CAD and Microsoft Office is beneficial.

    + Ability to resolve on-site conflicts.

    + Ability to interpret technical documents.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Coralville, IA.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
