    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    Help recruit top-level student-athletes to represent Charlotte Women’s Soccer on and off the field. Manage and oversee individual development programs for each student-athlete. Monitor student-athlete academic progress.

     

    Coach student athletes in the game of women’s soccer. Monitor student-athletes’ academic progress.

    Minimum Experience / Education:

    Undergraduate degree and previous playing/coaching experience

    Preferred Education Skills and Experience:

    Experience coaching at the Division I level in women’s soccer. USSF B License and/or UEFA B license or higher.
