    Description

    The Revenue Operations Analyst is responsible for supporting organizational forecasting, pipeline analytics, and margin analysis to drive strategic business decisions. This role works collaboratively with cross-functional teams and utilizes CRM and ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, and Salesforce to collect, analyze, and report on revenue-related data. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, technical proficiency across enterprise platforms, and a proactive approach to process improvement.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Prepare and analyze forecasts to support strategic planning and business growth initiatives.

    + Conduct pipeline analytics to identify sales trends, opportunities, and risks.

    + Perform margin analysis and present actionable insights to management.

    + Gather, interpret, and report data using CRM and ERP tools (NetSuite, SAP, Salesforce).

    + Partner with sales, finance, and operations teams to ensure data accuracy and reporting consistency.

    + Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to enhance transparency and decision-making.

    + Participate in process improvement initiatives aimed at increasing operational efficiency.

    + Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end revenue close processes.

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.

    + 2+ years’ experience in revenue operations, FP& A, business analytics, or similar.

    + Direct experience with NetSuite, SAP, Salesforce, or comparable CRM/ERP systems.

    + Advanced proficiency in Excel and business analytics tools.

    + Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
