Description

We’re seeking a detail-oriented HR Assistant with strong communication and organizational skills. The HR Assistant supports day-to-day human resources operations, including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and records management. Digital fluency and a proactive approach to process improvements are highly valued for this contract-to-hire opportunity onsite in San Diego, CA

Responsibilities:

+ Support recruitment efforts by scheduling interviews and assisting with candidate communications.

+ Assist with new hire onboarding and documentation.

+ Maintain accurate HR records and files.

+ Respond to employee inquiries on benefits, company policies, and HR programs.

+ Support cross-functional teams in HR and administrative projects.

+ Contribute to workflow and automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency

Requirements

Qualifications:

+ Previous experience in HR, office administration, or similar role preferred (1+ years).

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

+ Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

+ Comfortable navigating digital platforms, CRM, and HRIS systems.

+ Service-oriented mindset and collaborative working style.
