    Description

    We are seeking an experienced Financial Planning & Analysis (FP& A) Manager to support a 6-month strategic project in the manufacturing industry. This role will focus on driving financial insights, improving forecasting accuracy, and supporting decision-making for operational efficiency and profitability.

    Requirements

    Key Responsibilities

    + Financial Planning & Forecasting

    + Develop and manage short-term financial forecasts and budgets aligned with project objectives.

    + Monitor actual performance against forecasts and provide variance analysis.

    + Data Analysis & Reporting

    + Prepare detailed financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs for senior leadership.

    + Analyze cost structures, production efficiency, and margin performance.

    + Strategic Support

    + Partner with operations and supply chain teams to evaluate cost-saving initiatives.

    + Support scenario modeling for pricing, raw material fluctuations, and capacity planning.

    + Process Improvement

    + Identify opportunities to streamline FP& A processes and reporting tools.

    + Implement best practices for financial modeling and data integrity.

    Qualifications

    + Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.

    + 7+ years of FP& A experience, ideally within manufacturing or industrial sectors.

    + Strong proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Power BI or similar).

    + Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

    + Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
